Hey! 🙋🏻

I'm Lukas, 21 years old, and I'm from Austria. My life began in a picturesque city in this beautiful country. ⛰️

In my youth I started training as a mechanical engineer in 2018 and successfully completed it in 2022. Although I did the training, I quickly realized that this was not the right career for me. 😕

During my time as a mechanical engineer, my passion for working with people developed. I felt a strong longing for finding a stronger social component in my profession and taking a more direct influence on the lives of others. 🌅

This longing eventually led me to provide my civil service where I had the opportunity to work with people in different situations of life and provide support. This experience encouraged me that my true passion lies in helping other people and understanding their needs. 😁💡

After my civil service, I decided to put my passion into practice, but this was anything but simple. The all-important question was: “Do I do what is fun for me or what gives me more money?”

And recently, I started my training as a qualified specialist social assistant in the field of disability assistance. 📚🤲

This decision was of great importance to me, as it brought me on the way that I had long wanted - the opportunity to work with people and to exert a positive influence on their lives. 🤩🤗

My journey has taught me how important it is to find his own way and follow his passion, even if that means leaving old paths!
