That's my only intention. I don't claim to know a great deal or to be right about everything. Unfortunately, there are many head teachers and know-it-alls on this site who hardly contribute any answers of their own, but think they have to criticize everything and everyone just to provoke and take the joy out of others. 🙄 I have nothing but contempt for search naysayers - and a place on my ignore list!
