Used CPU: two pins not quite straight, what should I do?

Hello, I recently purchased a used CPU from a reputable eBay dealer. While unpacking it, I noticed that two pins are slightly bent, and I'm worried they might break during installation. According to the dealer, the CPU is still usable. What do you think? Do I need eBay Buyer Protection? They're located in the gold corner. Hopefully, you can see that in the photo.

I'd appreciate an answer. I'll probably avoid buying used CPUs in the future.

Depending on what you paid, you can try to bend the pins straight.

Must be careful because the pins can break quickly.

But actually it would be better to send this CPU back. If there was nothing in the description, you have a right to do this, because you didn’t get what you bought: a perfect CPU. It’s a nausea. Whether private or not. There is a buyer protection on eBay.

Send back and don’t do anything on this CPU otherwise they can really refuse to take back and put all this in your shoes.

He has no choice. If not pointed out and no pictures were available, you should send it back directly.

You can try to bend them back, but that’s the risk you don’t have to take.

In the future, I’d rather not buy used CPUs anymore.

More up-to-date AMD CPU’s and Intel no longer have pins. They’re in the motherboard.

Try to see if it fits into the base if not, push a nipple knife into the rows and bend straight. They won’t break down so fast.
