Use external SSD and hard drive at the same time?

Hello,

I installed Windows 10 using an external USB SSD. I also use this external SSD for booting. I would like to access my old data on the hard drive. However, in Disk Management, it says: "The disk is offline due to a policy set by the administrator." When I right-click on the disk, I have an "Online" option. Can I mark the disk online again without worrying that something will be wrong with the external SSD or that the PC will suddenly boot from the hard drive again?

Can I mark the hard drive without any doubt that something is wrong with the external SSD afterwards or that the PC is booting over the hard drive at once again as online?

If you have the opportunity to place the external USB SSD in the BIOS first place in the boot order, then I don’t see any difficulty.

I think I have a problem. I activated it again and drove the Pc down after some time. The next morning, when I wanted to reboot the PC, there is a bluescreen with the standstill code: 0xc000021a. Can you fix it?
