USB stick doesn't work, data storage?
I get this error when opening
Good day I found my laptop damaged today. A key is missing, the screen is cracked. It wasn't really important to me, but now I've discovered that my locally saved data is no longer there. And I have to hand in an important exam tomorrow. It's gone now, so what should I do? I don't…
I've already created an Epic Games account. But I have two accounts and I don't know which one I registered with. When I try to register, it says that this email address is already linked to an Epic Games account. But I don't know which account. How can I find out which account it's linked…
Hello, I just installed my new processor. Since then, my PC no longer boots the SSD with Windows on it; it doesn't recognize it in the boot menu. According to the BIOS, the SSD is disabled. After that, I turned off the security boot, and now it no longer recognizes my HDD either. Both hard…
What consequences can occur if you download cracked games on the site (STEAM UNLOCKED)
Situation: I have two shortcuts on the desktop of my school laptop. I wanted to delete Microsoft Edge and a TCO Certified shortcut from my desktop. However, it then required me to have admin rights. Ask : Is there a way to delete these shortcuts without using the delete command? I mean, the program doesn't…
Hi, the question is actually above. I have a USB 3.0 stick and have been playing around with Linux live systems with encrypted persistence. Now I wanted to delete everything and use it for a backup, but now it's showing only 114 GB instead of 128 GB. Why is that? How can I fix it?…
that is typical of Microsoft. The USB stick is detected (so it must be plugged in) and they ask for it.
Microsoft may not recognize the file system (formatting).
Did you have an ISO to install an operating system?
Windows should have a disk management (because I don’t have Windows, I can’t say it anymore). Try to format it again.
Even better, get Linux, they don’t make such games.
Thank you, I’m trying to reformat it in a file that recognizes Windows. Btw I once thought to switch to Linux but am concerned about security and optimisation for games.
Update: The USB stick does not have a medium for data carrier management, although this is not true
Thanks for the star. Nothing should prevent you from using Linux. Many simply use both systems on a PC. Because Linux uses a boot loader that can boot multiple operating systems, this is not a problem.
Security is many higher than Windows. One reason is the strict separation between administrator and “simplify” users, as well as the exact separation between individual users.
Games are created practically only for Windows, so who wants to play should have Windows.
Microsoft lives in another world of thought with Windows. There are also used terms that are used differently in normal life.
Medium’s one. Partitions are called drives, although the nonsense is.
Formatting means creating a file system. (This is practically the shelf or cabinet in which files are stored).
In another “should” Windows finds nothing and then complains of missing medium, which is actually the stick.
Isn’t it understandable that I was running Windows in 2002?
Unfortunately, this looks hard for defective USB stick… But Evt was only deleted the partition and you could partition it again. Only according to experience, such messages are usually a sign for total damage.
Try it with me https://www.easeus.de/download/ and Download Partition Master. Or try it with formatting in hard disk partitions etc.
(Have the same and it worked)
