I have a 3D printer here that is connected to the PC via USB.
There is a light switch near the printer
Every time I press this button, the USB connection to the printer is disconnected briefly, but everything stays on and the light also goes on/off normally
Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I sent my power supply back to be quiet! because it was making a clicking noise under load. When it came back a week later, the note listed something related to Chroma as the detected fault. Does anyone know anything about this and know what exactly was wrong with the power supply? Thank you.

There is EMC protection on the printer or on the lamp inadequate. Electrical appliances from the Asian (favorable) market without CE markings can interfere with each other. These disturbances spread over the power lines and sockets (networks) of the connected devices.
A USB cable that is too long or not properly shielded can also cause this situation.
