Urlaubsgeld IG Metall 6 Monate mindestens dabei sein?
Ich bin in der Firma am 1.12.23 übernommen worden, davor über leihfirma. Im Monat Mai gibts 65% und im September soll es 35% Urlaubsgeld geben. Also jetzt Ende des Monats soll Urlaubsgeld kommen. Für uns die am 1.12. übernommen worden sind, wären das mit Ende Mai der 6. Monat. Bekommt man da schon das Urlaubsgeld oder hat man wegen einem Monat wieder Pech gehabt? Haben auch schon die Inflationsprämie verpasst, weil wir keine 6 Monate dabei waren. Wäre echt wieder ärgerlich.
the holiday allowance is paid for all employees who have been employed in the company since 01.01. of the respective year, so why not get one.
Because you should have 6 months of business to get that.

do you possibly confuse that you can take the first holiday after 6 months?
then you have to get it with the billing in September, isn’t nice because you’ve probably hired it now, but it’s not gone it’s only paid out later.
So we don’t get it. Because we’re not with six months. Shame

If she’s for May, just ask in the staff office, maybe you’ve forgotten.

I don’t know. In the inflation premium, I had to be in the company for six months to get them, but I wasn’t. That’s why I thought it was only this month in the 6th.
