UPS Rechnung erhalten für Retoure?
Hallo, ich hatte letztens bei einem Shop in Spanien mir ein Trikot bestellt gehabt aber da es mir nicht gefallen hat zurückgeschickt. Der Shop hat mir das Versand Label geschickt und bezahlt und ich hab das Paket nur bei der Post abgegeben. Jetzt hab ich heute ein Brief von UPS erhalten das ein Betrag von über 35€ fällig ist aber unten auf dem Brief steh das ich nicht bezahlen soll und es über meine Zahlungsmethode belastet wird. Also heißt das der Shop (der ja durch den Kauf vom Versand Ticket eine Zahlungsmethode angegeben hat) das bezahlen muss/wird?

I assume that you are already before have informed the purchase of the applicable cancellation terms and the takeover of the return costs.
The dealer can reimburse the costs, but he does not have to. So it could be that he would withdraw the costs from the refund.
I’ve already got the retour over the portal about which I bought it. (Etsy)
I don’t think so. The return goes to the dealer who sold you the stuff.
Oh of course meant the refund 😅
