I should have gotten a UPS package delivered to my home, but I paid more for that.
The three of us were home, but the delivery driver wasn't there. Thanks to the UPS app, I found out it had been dropped off at the store. If I didn't have the app, I wouldn't even know where it was.
Now I'm wondering, since I have to pick it up in person, can I claim the money I paid more for?

Loading...I sold an item on eBay Classifieds using secure payment. I specified €3.99 for shipping (DHL parcel). The instructions now state I should ship the item insured. Do I have to do this, and if so, why?
