Hello, I'm getting my new controller from Xbox and yesterday I got an email at 12pm saying it's ready and at 1pm I got confirmation from Xbox that the package has left the center but the UPS app says it's expected to arrive today but nothing has happened yet. What can I do?

If the seller accepts a return within 14 or 30 days, does the return have to be for a reason? Like defects, etc.? Or, like with Amazon, can you simply return the product if you "don't like it" or change your mind for some reason?
