Ups Lieferdatum nicht änderbar?
Habe mir ein Handy bestellt und das würde morgen ankommen, bin morgen jedoch nicht Zuhause und würde gerne das Lieferdatum ändern auf den 10.10. jedoch funktioniert das weder auf der Website noch auf der App irgendwie ansatzweise. Ich werde die ganze Zeit auf den gleichen Bildschirm geschickt mit Informationen über mein Paket. Wie kann ein Lieferunternehmen nur so schlechte online Services haben. Teilt jemand dieses Problem, wenn ja wie habt ihr das gelöst?

I don’t have the fucking website. This is the biggest disaster I’ve ever seen. Would like to refuse the package. And on the app installation is not possible because it is not compatible with my device. And package delivery providers are one of the dumbest ones who just ring never ask the package whether you want it or not. Just continue
I have the same problem. I’m registered. But if I log in, when I track my shipment to the delivery date, the system will redirect me to the registration page. The one who says I’m registered. Then it starts from the front. The robot does not help and forwards to customer service. But they’ve got it at 6:00. I hope a new delivery attempt will take place on Monday.
Must register and verify for UPS MyChoice. This has the background that no unauthorized persons rebook your package and change delivery date. (Only almost everyone has a DHL customer account but hardly one has a UPS customer account)
