I'm writing a story and need surnames (for teachers!). They shouldn't be too foreign, but please not the basics either (Meier, Müller, Schneider, etc.). Ideally, ones that contain two words, like Hofmann. But I also like more unusual ones, like those ending in -ing. 🙂 Thanks!

It would be most useful to have your own website, as it will be most convenient for you to comply with the legal provisions (in particular the obligation to imprint); in American pages such as Wattpad and co. you have no possibility to insert an imprint and would therefore necessarily have to clap into history, which is more likely to be disturbing.
There are also various possibilities for this, logically with limited functionality. Examples are Jimdo, Wix.com or WordPress (the website, not the software).
Neither the cover you showed here, nor the title you should use. “Ghostface” is a Europe-wide trademark protected Word-/Image mark, in addition, there is no fan license or any other license of the brand owners of the Scream films, which is why the publication of such a book, in which you take names, settings, names or images and descriptions from the films, would be a copyright violation and thus also a criminal offence (§§ 23 I 1, 106 I UrhG).
With Fanfictions and co. you should always be very careful because the Anglo-American concept of Fair Use does not exist here. Without having a license for use, one makes oneself very quickly criminal in this country and risks exaggerations, in your specific case a publication under this title and with this cover would definitely be punishable, of course, one would have to review the content again.
