UpAir One drone motors beeping and not turning?

I have an UpAir One drone. My battery recently died, so I replaced it with a LiPo battery. I flew it two or three times, and now suddenly, after starting the drone, one motor started beeping and then stopped rotating. Then I restarted the drone several times, and now two motors are beeping and three are no longer rotating. The rear left one is beeping, the front right one is beeping, and the rear right one isn't rotating.

What's broken?

Surely not all engines can break down so quickly?

What can I do?

PS: The battery I have now has the same specifications as the original, except it's connected directly to the drone instead of a power button. It sometimes sparks when plugging it back together, but that shouldn't really be a problem, right?
