Unzufrieden mit Lohn?

also ich habe vor einem Monat zu arbeiten bekommen und verdiene 1800€ brutto (Probezeit bis Dezember dann 2000€ herum) , in anderen Unternehmen würde ich 2500€ brutto bekommen… und ich habe echt Angst um meine Zukunft.
Im Dezember bekomme ich dann eben mehr aber noch immer unter meinen Vorstellungen … mein Chef meinte, wir können nach der Probezeit gerne nochmal über eine Erhöhung reden.
Ich habe mir jetzt gedacht, dass ich im Jänner/Februar fragen werde ob wir über meine berufliche Situation reden können und wie er es sieht, also eine Rückmeldung über meine Leistung und über mein Gehalt da er es mir angeboten hat.
Ich habe auch überlegt, ob ich meine Kollegin die seit einem Jahr da ist fragen soll, ob sie eine Erhöhung bekommen hat, aber denke das kommt blöd.
Beim Gespräch würde ich dann über meine Arbeit und Erfahrung reden und was ich daran schätze und wie er meine Leistung findet. Dann würde ich das Gehalt ansprechen, da er es mir angeboten hat.
Das ich recherchiert habe,… und Zusagen bekommen habe wo ich mehr verdient hätte und ob er einer Erhöhung zustimmen würde. Dann vielleicht wie viel für ihn höchstens in Frage kommt. Falls es weit unter meinen Vorstellungen wäre, würde ich ehrlich zu ihm sein und sagen, dass ich dann wahrscheinlich nebenbei nach Stellenausschreibungen Ausschau halten werde, oder ihm – falls er fragt, meine Vorstellung sagen würde (ca. 2500/2600€ brutto). Ich weiß es ist einiges mehr als das was ich ab Dezember bekommen würde.
Wie sehr ihr das? Würdet ihr es anders machen/lassen?

Unsatisfied, of course. You can negotiate, too. Going to the boss with the topic on the biscuit is not necessarily intended and here it sounds as if you had addressed the topic in the one month where you are already 2-3 times.
I’m doing hard too. 1800 gross for 40 hours would be under minimum wage. Starting from the minimum wage would be 1800 gross ~34,6 hours.
Within 4-5 months from 1800 to 2500/2600 is a pretty jump.
Apparently 40 hours would be from €10.4 to €15. Suppose the 34,6 would be the 12 € to 17,35. I would be skeptical that is agreed to a jump of about 5 € an hour. This is a house number, regardless of whether it would be justified or not, because I do not know what activity we are talking about.
Before you exert too much pressure on the AG, I would perhaps first see if you would come to the contract with other AG. Then you have something in the backhand if the AG either does not want or lets you go to the end of the trial period.
I’ve been working 40h and I’ve never addressed the subject. He offered it to me by himself at the conclusion of the contract, nothing has been discussed.
I have Matura and it is an expert company in the field of KFZ.
And I had some promises with companies that were at least 2500€. And they also got to ask for an increase every year or almost half a year.

As I said, it sounds to me as if you’re doing the subject a lot. This can go on to the back, so that the company does not say “clearly we” “the AN annoys, I didn’t say a shock.” In the trial period, provided that works like the Germans, this can be quite problematic.
I would probably just change the AG instead of trying to convince you to pay 5 € an hour more. You don’t have that really jack to pay you this and someone else who offers you that unquestioned.

Generally, it is good to go to the trial with something more. This gives the AG room to trade you down.
If you want 2500/2600 go in with 2600 to 2700.
But as said the jump is already high, regardless of the other the number, so it can happen to you that he comes with 2100 or so or makes clear that you don’t come to a denominator.

You can do that. Wage is always a matter of negotiation and you don’t sell yourself under value. The best way to get in with 2800 and then you will meet somewhere at 2400
Then why did you take the place?
No one prevents you from continuing to apply to get a job with better conditions.
I’ve been on an internship there and I liked it and then they gave the collective agreement to another division and so I’m standing with so much less
Then change and change. Just because you did an internship there, you don’t have to let yourself be exploited.
