Zahnspange mit 30?

Da mir vor 2 Jahren im Unterkiefer 2 Zähne gezogen werden mussten möchte ich nun statt Zahnersatz meine hinteren vorhandenen Zähne mittels einer zahnspange nach vorne bewegen lassen sodass ich keine künstlichen Zähne brauche. findet ihr das ist eine gute Entscheidung oder eher albern mit 30. der Kieferorthopäde meinte es ist heutzutage normal das auch…

I usually have headphones and listen to a podcast during this. Find the appointment rather annoying (lasts long) than unpleasant. You don’t need to be afraid. It does not hurt and the result is very beautiful. You feel extremely clean in the mouth and all discolorations and deposits are gone 🤩

Yes, I am most afraid that I must draw my wisdom teeth and the dental hygienist always criticises me, even though I brush teeth twice a day.

Maybe you can give you tips on how to clean even better. Are you taking teeth? I got all four wisdom teeth out. I gave me a sedative. Looking back, everything in reality was not as bad as I painted it in the imagination.
