Temporary daycare support worker?

Hello,

Does anyone of you work in a daycare center as an unskilled support worker and can tell me whether there is still a chance of getting a permanent employment contract?

When I was shadowing, the management told me that there are only six-month contracts and that I would then probably work as a support worker at another daycare center, and that this would also only be with a six-month contract.

Normally you get hired if you get your contract extended three times, or is it different at the daycare center?

I live in Rhineland-Palatinate
