Differences between open consultation hours and appointments?

I have an appointment with an orthopedist, but I see that there's an open consultation on the same day. Is there a difference? For example, with an appointment, the doctor takes more time.

Open speech hour means that you can wait there on these days without appointment, but then with long waiting times. If you have an appointment, you should get there sooner.

There are doctors who take time, whether with or without appointment… with others it doesn’t take 5 minutes.

Usually only as much patients are accepted as the doctor can create.

If there are already 10 patients waiting, there will certainly not be so many again.

At an appointment, you’ll be “on time”. You have to wait longer for an open speech hour.
