if you have a forwarding to the mailbox, a connection was also established between you and the mailbox, so the 8 seconds call time was displayed there. There has been no conversation with a broken conversation.

I would say that the connection was established on the outgoing call and ended before the caller was accepted.
The call was interrupted before the connection.
