Difference between sand and humus?
Hey, can someone answer the above question for me? What role do animals/plants play in this regard?
Thanks in advance 🙂

Hello, I have a question. I'm thinking about getting two budgies, but I've often read that two budgies talk less and are less likely to become tame. Is that true, or is it more of an exaggeration than reality? I don't want just one, since they need to be with a partner, and that would…
Hello, I have some dry ice that I need to dispose of. How long does it take for the dry ice to evaporate at an outside temperature of 18 degrees Celsius? It should go relatively quickly if it's no longer in an insulated container and is outside.
Hi, we have a cabin in the forest where we organize parties for young people from the village. The parties are getting bigger and bigger and we now have up to 150 guests who of course also have to go to the toilet. But how do you want to do that without a sewage connection?
Hello, I'm interested in knowing where wild boars hang out during the day. I've only seen one sow feeding in a field once during the day, but I've never seen anything else. However, I've often heard them in the dense forest, but I've never seen anything. Thanks in advance, Jagd111
Hello, my guinea pig, who weighed 1.1 kg almost two months ago, now weighs only 760 g. We've changed his food a bit on his advice. This means he's been getting less cucumber (once a week). I was planning to go to the vet next week, but since it's the weekend, I wanted to ask…
Hello, I recently got two 6-month-old male rabbits. One of them is always chasing the other one, tearing out his fur. The two of them get into a ruckus, and the whole hutch shakes. It's always just one of them chasing the other, never the other way around. Usually, the two split up and go…
Sand is inorganic and consists of very finely crushed mineral ground. There are as many varieties as there are rock types.
Humus is produced from organic plant wastes which are composted and fermented together and thus produce new soil food.

Difference:
organic -inorganic:
organic : can grow; inorganic: can not grow.
Thank you very much, also for explaining the difference organic/inorganic!!
Sure. That’s roughly the difference. Surely there would be fines. ECT
metabolitesThank you for the star! 🌟
Sand is a soil type (grain size).
Humus are the organic ingredients in the soil.
All that goes down in and on the ground is decomposed and to humus.
Sand is inorganic, crushed stone.
Humus is organic, of decomposed plants.
HAB I GOD, I CAN DIR VOM HERZEN!
could you briefly explain the difference between organic and inorganic?
