Soluble coffee is only brewed from ground beans and then an extract is dried to make it durable. From the original bean flour there’s no more in it. Later, it can be poured back with hot water. The brown, soluble coffee powder thus does not consist of ground beans, but of finished brewed and then dried coffee.

In my opinion, freshly brewed coffee is superior to the soluble tastefully at home.

The soluble dissolves completely, the normal ground coffee does not dissolve. Also taste different.

That’s a matter of taste. I like the normal, but I like to drink sometimes.

However, there are also differences in soluble themselves. You have to try it, and the ground doesn’t all taste the same.
