Difference between fitness to drive tests for bus and train?

Maybe there is someone here who has had this experience and can answer my question:
What is the difference between the bus driving aptitude test and the one for train drivers (duration, tests, etc.) or are both tests identical?

If you mean the pure medical/physical deafness, the whole thing should be quite the same.

For example:

  • no sensual limitations (excluding vision aids)
  • Drug test, alcohol test
  • Blood values must be correct
  • no overweight (light deviations are ok)
  • No other physical restrictions
  • No significant diseases (such as epilepsy, cardiovascular problems, etc.)
