Does the salary differ depending on the training completed?
Hello, I'm interested in two similar apprenticeships: Social Insurance Clerk (Sofa) and Healthcare Management Assistant (KiG).
In job advertisements for real positions, the requirements often include: “Training as a sofa or KiG or similar”.
Now, it says online that sofas, for example, are supposed to earn an average of €3,900, while KiGs are more likely to earn around €3,000. Training to become a sofa is also supposed to be more difficult.
Now my question: for the same advertised position from above, in which both a sofa and a KiG can work, do you get a different salary depending on what degree you have or do you always get the same amount in such positions, regardless of what degree you have?
If it doesn’t matter for a job, I would assume that it doesn’t work financially.
Whatever an education in the section makes worth more for the AG than another one does not come to wear here.
It is different if you want to provide training a. In this case, any content and thus also payment will be made depending on whether you hire someone with training a or b.
Depends on the employer. Ask.
The data “how much earned on average” are based on statistics. This does not mean forcibly that it must apply exactly at the place or that the same place is paid differently, depending on the form.
(Can’t happen. I know cases.)
