Eine GbR – oder BGB-Gesellschaft genannt – ist immer eine Personengesellschaft.
Ein Einzelunternehmen bist Du nicht, da ja eine zweite Person dabei ist. Also kommt in der Liste nur “Unternehmen in Privatbesitz” in Frage.
Für mein verständnis Einzelunternehmen, konkret eigentlich Personengesellschaft, welche nicht im HG eingetragen ist.
Eine GbR hat keine eigene Rechtspersönlichkeit. Ich würde mich wohl für “Einzelanbieter” entscheiden.
