Company no longer advertises position on job portals but still on homepage?

Hi,

I have a quick question: I've been interested in a position at a company for some time. The position was posted on job portals like Indeed or Stepstone in November of last year, two months ago. I hadn't applied yet, but I submitted my application yesterday because the position is still listed on the company's website.

However, it's no longer listed on the job portals. If the position has already been filled, it should also be listed on the website, right?

Not necessarily to turn the ad costs securely money and is time-limited. In addition, there is a decreasing limit value for the duration. As long as it doesn’t help and costs.

On your own, it’s free and you can also let it go quietly if you’re just working out a candidate pool, often even if someone has already made an offer.

In today’s time, you can’t assume that everything is done properly. In addition, many companies leave their applications permanently online, e.g. on the company homepage, because they always need new employees.
If you’re interested, just apply.

As long as you read the job offer online, e.g. on the homepage you can easily apply. If you feel great doubts, just call.

Whether it’s already forgiven or whether they just haven’t switched a message, you can’t know from the outside.
