Unter welche Kategorie fällt das Fahren ohne ausgehändigten Führerschein?
Ich habe am voraussichtlich am Donnerstag meine Prüfung, werde aber erst am Samstag 18. Ich würde meinen Führerschein also nicht ausgehendigt bekommen. Denn laut den Regeln, darf man es erst ab dem 18. Lebensjahr abholen, also am Samstag. Die Zulassungsstelle hat nur am Wochenende geschlossen und jetzt stellt sich mir die Frage ob, wenn ich am Samstag fahren würde, es in die Kategorie Führerschein vergessen, oder in die Kategorie fahren ohne Fahrerlaubnis fällt. Wenn man einfach sagen könnte ich habe ihn vergessen, da man ja quasi seinen Führerschein bereits hat, würde man ja „nur“ wegen einer Ordnungswidrigkeit ein Bußgeld von 10€ bekommen.
Ps: Da ich kein BF17 mache, würde ich keine Bescheinigung für eine Fahrerlaubnis bekommen.

§22 para. 4 FeV:
Since you have not reached the minimum age, neither the driver’s license, nor a certificate of examination in accordance with Appendix 8a will be handed over to you and thus no driving licence will be granted.

Without BF17 and handed out driver’s license, this would not be “driving without a driver’s license” (10€ warning money), but “driving without a driver’s license” (forced according to §21 StVG).
