Asymmetrical jaw?

Hi, I'm 17 and I have a problem where the right side of my jaw is extremely thin. I wore braces for years and now they noticed it during my final x-ray and I've been referred to an oral orthopedic surgeon or something. So far so good, but my hobby now is boxing and I'm worried that at some point it will just crack and my jaw will break because there isn't much play. Could the thickness simply be due to the symmetry and it will be even deeper into the picture and if it really is that much thinner, do I have to be careful when boxing or does it still take a lot of force to break.

I have trouble concentrating during training because of the question in my head, so I would like a second opinion. Thanks in advance 🙂

the brace has done good services… asymmetrical is nothing…

But you should let all four wisdom teeth take you out, because they could make problems.

For boxing, you can have a protection, a rail.

Otherwise, it’s okay.

you just have to wear a protection when you box…
