How can I completely delete an email on Gmail if the other person has already received it? So that it's deleted not only for me, but also for the recipient?

This is not possible, that is not a WhatsApp.
…and even WhatsApp can in doubt not guarantee that the message is via screenshot. 🤷
That was not the point, it was only about the possibility to delete the message from the recipient.

However, you can send an e-mail and claim the opposite of the previous ones.
