Hello everyone,
I recently submitted a speculative application to a government agency. They contacted me and said I'd been included in the applicant pool. I have a severe disability of 50 degrees. What exactly does "applicant pool" mean in this context? Do I have a chance of getting a job opening? Have you had similar experiences?

Nothing. Applicant pool officially means that your application will be specified in the event that a suitable job is released for you. However, it usually means that it’s inconsistent that it’s lying around somewhere as a data leash and isn’t taking care of it anymore.
Doesn’t mean if a place that suits you comes to the market, you should apply again.
