Die Schulterschnur deutet darauf hin, daß es sich um einen Offizier der SA handelt. Auf dem rechten Kragenspiegel glaube ich vier Sterne zu erkennen. Dies dürfte demnach ein Sturmbannführer (entspr.Major) der SA sein.

Ich glaube du hast Recht. Das sind zwei Balken, habe ich zunächst als nur einen wahrgenommen.
Das sieht aus wie eine Uniform der SA (Sturmabteilung), die den paramilitärischen Arm der NSDAP darstellte.
Welchen Rang weißt du nicht, oder?
Wohl ein Mannschaftsdienstgrad.
