No, that would be a crime (driving without a corresponding driving permit). This gives a fine (up to EUR 1000) and can also result in a prison sentence (up to 1 year) (if you are already treated for adult criminal law). If you also make an accident and you only have a liability insurance, you will have to pay EUR 5000 of the cost of foreign property (vehicles and other) arising from the accident. For full insurance, the insurance can reduce the benefits. You should be aware that there can be great trouble.
