Unfallflucht aber Polizei?
Ich war heute auf einem Supermarkt Parkplatz, da diese Plätze sehr eng sind, habe ich mehrmals rangiert suv(Opel Crossland) ich sah dabei immer in den Rückspiegel und mein Sensor zeigte .ist keine Gefahr an. Plötzlich sagte ein Mann, ich hätte ihn tuschiert. Dieses Auto war immer 1,5 m von mir entfernt. Ich sagte nein und entfernte mich vom Parkplatz. Dabei fuhr ich wohl wegen der enge über einen Kantstein???? Das stimmt nicht. Ich hielt dann aber doch an und der Mann sprach von Fahrerflucht, ich wäre eine alte Frau der den Führerschein abgenommen gehört. Er würde dafür Sorgen, das ich nie wieder ein Auto fahren dürfte. Ich habe keinen Schaden weder an meinem noch an seinem Wagen gesehen. Angeblich hätte ich mit der Faust aufs Auto von ihm gehauen, dabei habe ich sanft gestrichen ob ich einen Kratzer entdecke. Polizei kam dazu.
1. Der Typ war ziemlich unverschämt zu mir. 2. Gestern wurde ihn auch in die Seite gefahren, ich nehme an er sucht einen dummen, dessen Versicherung den Schaden mitbezahlt.
Ich fahre ca. 50.000 km im Jahr und habe seit 1986 meinen Führerschein. bin vielleicht Mal zu schnell gefahren. aber sowas arrogantes habe ich noch nie erlebt, ich möchte ihn auch wegen Beleidigung anzeigen. aber mit was für eine Strafe habe ich rechnen?

The police are pretty quick to see if it was your car that caused damage to the other vehicle, small traces of paint and any damage to your car would give notice.
You also have a liability insurance or Kasko insurance that regulates the damage. You won’t have to count on law enforcement.
When it comes to contact/damage, you can find relatively easily whether this originates from you (lacquer, corresponding damage to your own height in your vehicle etc.).
Accident curse is only when there was an accident. If nothing happened, there is no punishment. Don’t understand why you didn’t just wait until the police were there. In such a situation, I find myself somewhat questionable.
You stopped. So you can’t have committed a driver’s curse by se. Especially since the police arrived at the accident site.
You hit his car with a fist, he’s supposed to prove first. And no, damage is not proof yet.
Whether you’ve damaged his car, he’ll have to prove it first. Wouldn’t be the first one trying to put an old damage on someone.
So you don’t have a penalty first, but you won’t be able to show that guy great either. If you need satisfaction, collect a little dog bag and send it to him by post…
