Ja das kann passieren und sogar wesentlich einfacher als z.B. beim Auto. Schließlich hat der Fahrlehrer keine Kontrolle über das Zweirad. Solang nix ernstes passiert ist ..

Ich habe mich damals bei rund 20km/h mal hingelegt. Da nix passiert war bis auf blaue Flecken, direkt wieder drauf (damit man es mit einem guten Erlebnis beendet) und wir sind dann zu einer Werkstatt gefahren, wo der Fahrlehrer eine neue Lampe gekauft hat. Die habe ich nämlich dabei geschrottet 🙈
Auf dem Motorrad kann dein Fahrlehrer nicht einfach die Bremse drücken, wie bei den Auto. Unfälle sind da also wahrscheinlicher, gab letztens auch einen Fall, in welcher ein Fahrschüler mit einen Heli in KH geflogen werden musste.
Was passiert hängt davon ab, wer Schuld ist. Also, der Fahrlehrer oder der Fahrschüler.

Gehe davon aus, dass andere Verkehrteilnehmer wissen, dass das eine Fahrschule ist und demnach vorsichtiger fahren.

Ich glaube, der Fahrlehrer bzw. Schüler ist für solche Fälle versichert
