Accident on company premises?

Good bye,

On my way from the factory premises after the night shift, I drove towards the exit as usual.
On the way there, however, I had to move further to the right to make way for the oncoming forklift driver. That's not a problem in itself.

However, there was a thin metal sign (as can be seen in the picture) which is barely visible from the direction of travel, which I then drove into in the heat of the moment and have now left behind a damaged front.

Now to my question:

How is this treated?

Does the factory have to pay for this?

The sign is very poorly chosen and poorly placed, so this could easily happen. Duty of care?
