Unauthorisierte Käufe Ebay?
Hallo,
jemand hat sich in mein ebay Konto angemeldet und ein Iphone bestellt diesen kauf habe ich nicht getätigt. Ich hab mit ebay telefoniert und die sagen mir das sie nichts machen könen weil es nicht genug Anzeichen von Hacking gibt. Weil der Hacker mein Passwort nicht geändert hat oder so. Ich hab mit dem Verkäufer geschrieben er sagt er sorgt für eine Rücksendung trotzdem bin ich nicht ruhig.
Das es Hacking ist ist klar ich kriege gerade live spam emails von tausenden websiten.
Was soll ich tun? Bitte hilfe
