Unpleasant pain while exercising?
I've been training almost daily since December 2022. At first, I only had sore muscles, nothing serious. A month ago, I started working in a tradesman's shop, and since then, whenever I do upper-body training, I've suddenly had a very unpleasant pain or sensation in my shoulders and forearms. The pain or sensation usually goes away after sleeping. But why does this happen? I also get this pain when doing deadlifts, bench presses, or even back exercises.
