Retraining at the employment agency: which profession?

Hello everyone,

I have the opportunity to retrain, but I'm unsure which path is best for me. Due to my asthma, I've been advised to choose between the following careers:

1. IT specialist for application development or system integration

2. Businessman in the healthcare sector

I am interested in both fields, but I wonder which profession offers better long-term prospects, which activities are more compatible with asthma, and where the working conditions are more pleasant.

Does anyone have experience in either of these professions and can tell me the pros and cons? Which profession offers better career opportunities?
