Ich habe seit 10 Jahren ein Zahnbrücke, die ist jetzt beim Kauen rausgefallen. Was soll ich tun? Zum Krankenhaus oder bis morgen warten und zum Zahnarzt und kann man das wieder befestigen?

Hallo 🙂 , Diese Ente im Bild (hab zwei dovon zubereitet) hat diese Größe nach dem garen, die war jetzt stundenlang im ofen vorgegart bei 90 Grad, dann nur noch ca 20 min auf hoher Hitze kross braten, so ca. 30 min vor dem anrichten. Reichen die zwei für 9 Personen wirklich? Die Enten wogen…

Reminds me very much of a liver screed, with the Mett itself tastes completely different (because the consistency is different too).
Mett is simply “fascated meat.” Meat. Classic of pig, but also rare of cattle. Depending on the region seasoned differently, partly not at all. In Saxony, for example Caraway, in Schleswig-Holstein nothing.
Wouldn’t taste me personally. But thank you for the exact explanation.
When I was in the field, I liked them. But as you write correctly, it’s just a snack, so something for between and what for the hollow tooth.

There are so many great variations of preparation with minced meat, Mett is probably the worst.
Inexorable is still not, but would prefer almost all other minced meat dishes 😀
