It was like that with my brother. He ate so much with 17 and didn’t take it. One evening, he just had a whole toast bread in 3 hours, like an American style toastbrot. Just remove any disc, with a covering. And chocolate milk. No grams increase, lol.

Well, if you don’t currently accept it, maybe it’s not that bad either. At your age, the body needs a lot more calories than an adult, as you are still in growth.

However, if you also have weight problems, you should switch to food that makes longer tired. Full grain products and vegetables with fiber make very long full.

It is normal to have an increased appetite in puberty as the body grows strongly in this phase and requires additional energy. However, it could also be due to other factors such as increased physical activity or a rapid metabolism. Make sure to eat balanced meals to meet your energy needs.

I know about my son where he was at that age. I just couldn’t believe that you can eat sooooo…. a lot and not even increase.

It was the same with my brother, so it seems to be quite normal at that age.

However, both were also active at sport.
