Überweisung vom hausarzt?
War eben beim Hausarzt um mich krankschreiben zu lassen (eigentliche Probleme sind eher privat was mir einfach unangenehm ist) letztendlich habe ich einen Grund genannt der vorhandenen ist wofür ich aber schon bei verschiedenen Ärzten war und selbst schon ein mrt machen lassen habe, er hat mir dafür 2 Überweisungen geschrieben, meine frage ist also ob der Hausarzt sich quasi abspeichert und wenn ich das nächste mal dort hin müsste mich fragen würde was nun ist usw, ich weiß letztendlich dass nichts hilft

I think that your doctor asks because he will get the findings (or not at all). And if you weren’t in the investigations, it can be that he doesn’t write you sick because of these “disorders”.
And yes, everything he writes or transfers is also in his system.
In the system it is always stored whether he asks you for it, we cannot answer.
He should actually document your visit (medical documentation requirement). In this respect, he can next time theoretically check what you had discussed today.
A reasonable pediatrician does that.
Of course he will ask you for the doctor’s reports from the doctors
