Überweisung kommt nicht an?
Das Jobcenter hat mir letzte woche mittwoch (4.1) morgens mein Geld überwiesen und bisher ist noch nichts angekommen. Wir haben nochmal nachgeguckt ob die Iban und so stimmt und die überweisung ist richtig gelaufen. Jedoch ist jetzt 5 Tage später immer noch das Geld nicht auf meinem Konto.
Das Jobcenter meint ich soll evtl noch bisschen warten aber es kann doch nicht sein dass eine Überweisung so lange dauert? Vorallem weil das Geld dringend benötigt wird
Müsste ich in diesem Fall die Bank kontaktieren oder was müsste ich machen? Oder kann es in ausnahmefällen sein dass eine Überweisung so lange braucht?

Are you sure that the payment was really transferred to the 4th or was the payment on that day possibly only reliant? If 2nd is the case, that would be the explanation
What would that make a difference? so whether you make a transfer or instruct it
Instructions are given by the employee, that’s okay that the payment is allowed to go out. If this goes on to the power department, it will be read there and then transferred, which may take some days
Instruction = to forward to the executive body in the job center. It then processes the instructions in a row.
Thus, an instruction is not yet a transfer.
Thank you. As far as I know, all this went through the service department as I also spoke to them and they told me that the money was already transferred:/
