You don’t have to. I can also make a screenshot in 5 minutes.

If the online transfer was within Germany, it takes a maximum of one day (2 in case of legal transfers).

So either nothing was transferred or the wrong IBAN.

A screenshot has as much value as 100 grams of snow in the summer.

A transfer is only made when the credit has arrived at your account. And you are convinced that by registering yourself in your online banking, and looking there.

You do not click on any links or trust any screenshots.

You have to contact the person, the bank can’t do anything.

Transfers can take a few days, weekends don’t work, they’ll get out on Mondays.

Depending on where the money is transferred (inland or outland), it can take a few days until it really is there…

What is normal today?

No, I have already had the experience that if you transfer money between different bank institutions, it can take a few days…

Otherwise, you can inform your bank and specify the payment document.

They could tell you how long it takes to get there.

Your bank can’t help you. Either the transmitter has used a wrong IBAN or has not even proved
