ich bin bereits seit 2 Jahren auf der such nach einer 4 Zimmer Wohnung. Ich hatte eine Besichtigung aber eine Ablehnung bekommen vom Jobcenter weil die Miete nicht angemessen ist. Für 4 Personen dürfte man 792€ kalt. Und die Wohnung kostet 949€. Wenn ich den Mietvertrag unterschreibe müsste das Jobcenter dann die Mietobergrenze bezahlen ?
