Overtaking in urban areas and open areas?
When you have completed overtaking in built-up area or open country and then done a 3S look, do you have to indicate to move back into the correct lane?

I have a debate on this topic next week. I'd appreciate some pro/con arguments 🙂
I drove about 200km on the highway earlier, and as I was entering the city, I stopped at a traffic light and noticed smoke/steam coming from the fog lights and the hood. When I opened it, I noticed spots on the engine and a bit of smoke/steam coming out. Can anyone tell me what this…
Hello, My first helmet (Mtr) is size M 57/58. Now I would like to get one from Agv, but they only have sizes Ms(57) and Ml(58). Which size would be more suitable?
Germany has an agreement with Austria where they have little or no control over each other's citizens, right? If I drive at 160 km/h on the Austrian motorway, I am not allowed to be stopped by the police, right?
Good morning, I myself work quite a lot with cars; we repair and restore old and medium-sized cars. My sister drives a Chevrolet Matiz, and it failed its MOT because the rear brake only works on one side and the minimum braking power was not achieved. The exhaust also has some damage. The report states…
Hello, a colleague of mine has come to Germany with his car and wants to sell it. But it's registered in Ukraine. What does he need to do to register it with German papers? How much would it cost?
§ 5 para. 4a StVO
It’s right here, but it’s very funny.
Blinking after overtaking in the local area or on the rural roads not required by lawwhen you return to the right track after completion of the overhaul process and a 3-second look.
The basis for this is the Road Transport Regulation (StVO), more precisely § 9 para. 1 StVO:
This automatic spell check here.
The paragraph which regulates the blinking after the overtaking is § 9 para. 1 StVO (road traffic regulations). This means that you should put the blinker when you re-arrange to the right track after the overtaking.
I’ll say this: in the practical exam, it’s like to be seen. Real doesn’t do that later.
But I do, my wife does, my parents do. Finally, according to StVO, this is required by law, § 5 para. 4a StVO.
I’m glad you do this, congratulations. There’s hardly anyone here who leaves the gyro. As good as no one stops at a stop sign and it is regularly taken off at all possible places. And the police don’t care.
You might think so. But in fact, the local police is rather disinterested in such Owis. As an example: the downhill road where I live a few weeks ago was reduced from 70 to 50 due to the depleted road (which is to be renewed soon). Hardly one sticks, almost all still drive 70, especially the trucks. And some very great pike also give more gas. Blitzer? Mobile or fixed? Nothing happens.
But still a nice, idyllic place.
An area where, without punishment, permanent offences can be committed without being persecuted sounds to me more like a right-free space than a good organization of local order management.
I live in a northern German small town, has almost already village character. Many well-placed people, nice and social mayors, all kind. I think there are much worse regions in Germany.
That would give me more thought in which region I live.
Yes, you have to flash when you change back to your track while overtaking.
No difference for me.
