Vomiting when hungry?

Hey people

I have a question so

Whenever I'm hungry and don't eat anything and only drink water, I get severe stomach pains. Sometimes I get diarrhea or have to throw up all the water. Is that normal?

PS I am a teenager who lives in a dorm and I am also a Muslim, which means I have to go without a lot more food than the others in the dorm because I am not allowed to eat pork.

It is not unusual to experience stomach pain or discomfort when you are hungry and then suddenly drink a lot of water, especially when the stomach is empty. This can lead to a strong feeling of hunger and a reaction of the digestive system. Drinking large amounts of water on an empty stomach can also lead to a temporary expansion of the stomach, which can lead to discomfort.

However, severe stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting are not normal reactions to hunger. It is important to ensure that you plan your meals well to get enough nutrients and energy.

Here are some tips that could help you:

1. Well plan: Try to plan your meals so that you get enough nutrients, even if you’re short of certain foods. Consider proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

2. Regular meals: Plan regular meals to make sure you have enough energy for the day. Avoid drinking large amounts of water on an empty stomach.

3.Healthy snacks: Keep healthy snacks ready to eat between meals to avoid hunger attacks.

4.Consulting Search:If you have difficulty in ensuring a balanced diet, it might be helpful to talk to a nutritionist or doctor to make sure you get all the necessary nutrients.

P.S: If your stomach problems persist or worsen, it is important to get medical advice. It might also be helpful to talk to those responsible in the home about your dietary needs to make sure you have appropriate options available.
