Type of adverbial clause (technical term)?

We have a homework assignment, and I'm supposed to find out the type of adverbial clause in a sentence (We would like to offer you an internship because you already have experience with children) as a technical term. Can someone help, because I don't know what the different types are and what the technical terms are for them.

Hello,

here is an overview of the different types of adverbial rates that we can distinguish. In order to name an adverbial sentence, you simply use the corresponding term under “meaning” and thus form the terms, i.e. temporal rate, causal rate, final rate etc.

Hope you can help.
