Twitch Error #2000: Network Error on Twitch – what to do?

I use Firefox. On Chrome, for example, I can use Twitch and broadcast channels, but I still prefer Firefox. The problem occurs with all the channels I've tried to broadcast, so it's not a specific channel. I've tried many things to resolve this issue. For example:

– Unplug the router for a few seconds and then plug it back in
-Turn my computer off and on again, and restart it
and
-Clear the browser cache in Firefox.

I've contacted support, and I'm now waiting for a response. Nevertheless, I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have for solutions.
