Twitch bits buchung jedoch nicht von mir?
Guten morgen, guten mittag oder auch Guten abend an euch.
Eigentlich wollte ich schlafen jedoch bekam ich eine email von twitch xsolla und dann von paypal. Angeblich hätte ich eine Zahlung von 139.60€ getätigt diese in Bits investiert ( eine währung auf twitch ) und einen komplett unbekannten streamer aus mexiko oder spanien gespendet.
Das lustige ist, das ich nix gemacht habe. Ich wollte eigentlich seelenruhig schlafen gehen und bin jetzt gut seit 5 stunden wach und weiß nicht mehr weiter. Es ist aktuell 6 uhr morgens diese nachricht hat mich geschockt.
Was kann ich tun ? Xsolla kann mir nicht weiter helfen. Hat jemand schon solche erfahrung gemacht ? Ich könnte heulen wirklich….. ich weiß nicht wie sowas möglich ist ich weiß nicht mehr weiter…

And change all your passwords, because apparently someone has access to your account data.
I have a 2 fache authentication where I didn’t get sms or an email. Actually, it’s not. That’s why I’m so surprised. Can I go to the bank and ask for the money back? Don’t think that’s what twitch is doing. I really know more…

I made it after I started with paypal and xsolla contact. Wrong it would have been the money to withdraw from the bank there would have been fees. Still very nice of them for their help.
