TW Feet: What aids are there for crooked toes?

I have claw toes and would like to treat them myself without surgery. What aids or splints are recommended? Has anyone managed this without surgery? It affects all toes except the big toe.

Yes, there are special rails.

Cranch + rail

There’s not much. Rails don’t help to correct it.

There are such rubber studs (toe cutters, zehenspreizer), so you can pull them up a bit while running so that they do not grind on the ground and there are injuries.

Take a look at an orthopaedic.

There are rails for the big toe with Hallux Valgus, but for the others rather not. Ask a surgical orthopaedic who knows best.

It can only be corrected surgically, all the others are only auxiliary measures to alleviate the consequences.

“Sooo dolle Krumm” they don’t look. Clearly, the image is not advantageous and an image from above – in normal view – would be far better. For me, crumbs yield toes through 4 things..

either.

You run wrong and since childhood

You have often worn too small shoes, no matter what model.. so high heels.. as well as boots..

or there is a nerve disease .. (you get claws hands)

or you once had an accident.

I don’t know what to do.. I don’t know now from the stettle .. let it look at the doctor and let it look at the nerve disease. Also run a lot of barefoot, even if it’s just home.. Massage and possibly wear orthopedic shoes where the toes are fixed in the way..

I wouldn’t do surgery, so I’m sure you’ll have to get back to your whole life.

and I can imagine that you’re hurting on long distances…

but unfortunately a very dark photo, there is probably the right courage ?☝🏼😅

Go to the Orthopaedic for enslavement and orthopaedic shoemaker. I could imagine that there are rails, spreaders or similar remedies.

Certainly, the matching footwear can be recommended and any adjustments can be made to cash costs.

No, but I have to try out shoes IMMER before buying, so no procurement over shipping: Groessen often fall out differently, can’t wear tight shoes, my two feet are slightly differently shaped

There are special rails and inserts, but they should be adapted, so I recommend visiting Orthopaedics

Operation isn’t a them first. But with iegendwel tracks, you may make it even worse. You need customized inserts on recipe
