Google extract:

Probably the most common and bred species is the white-mouthed folding turtle, cinema staron leucostomum, it usually reaches a tank length of 15-17 cm. Since this turtle comes from the tropical and subtropical middle and South America, it does not hold winter stars.

Sure. Starting from the above text, you are probably on the very safe side when you buy a tropical type. All good and much turtle success 🙂

The smooth edge joint turtle(no winter rest, exceptions possible),Stutz joint turtle(Kinixys homeana, inquired, they have the same characteristics as the smooth edge turtle),Stack edge joint turtle(Kinixys erosa, inquire, they have the same characteristics as the smooth edge turtle)

Crysemys scripta elegans, limited winter rest 10-12 weeks),Moschusschildkröte(Sternotherus odoratus,Winterruhe only after origin,if you have to observe her behavior in autumn),Crubbing

I hope I could help and have not forgotten;-) Note: many species you like due to species conservation agreements or Import restrictions or the like no longer get. This includes the Rotwange and also Gelbwange. And be aware that some are not easy to maintain. All good…

you can see it in the autumn. When eating or not, you want to bury or leave it and continue to be active, etc….you can only see with experience,a disadvantage when in such a animal two sides are stuck;-) I have quite good experience with Greeks and I think very well to know their feelings. By body language. You don’t have mimics, but I still know a lot….
