Yes, this is possible even if the probability is EXTREMELY low.

If this procedure is carried out immediately after a cesarean section, the probability of spontaneous repetition is increased by a multiple.

Spontaneous = by itself.

Egg guides severed during the imperial section tend to grow together much more frequently by themselves. The probability is still extremely low that this happens.

Let the gynecologist check it.

PS: You can also reverse the surgery, but the probability that it works is not super high.
